Strong body in a very short time

1 - The first training in video ... from a standing position then jumping up and down with your knees bent and support your hands on the ground and then alignment legs back and repeat the training again.

2 - second in the training video ... never put pressure on jogging in place.

3 - third in the video training ... jumping up with down and bend the knees and taking into account the opening slot is equal legs shoulder width.

4 - fourth in the training video ... jump down and access to the status of pressure then join the knees to the body and Awad to jump again with the rotation around the body in the air to the opposite direction. 

Important note: * Try repeating the exercises four 100 iterations and then rest for 30 seconds for a period of at least three groups.
